Exchange on the iPhone

Seems Synchronica finally got organized and now has licensed their
technology for a professional hosted service. See: http://www.syncyourmail.com

I hope the pay version doesnt have all the timeout issues for deleting/
moving messages...

I have had decent luck with Synchronica....it's flaky at times, but that mostly seems to be a connection speed issue on their end. That led me to believe that a switch to a hosted service would solve the remaining problems. So...after getting the email from Synchronica regarding syncyourmail.com, I went to the synyourmail.com site and purchased the service ($60 for a year seemed very reasonable). Now the problem is that I can't register. I have entered everything on the registration page exactly as I did on the synchronica site (checked, checked, and checked again). I also tried every other variation I could think of...no luck. Have you or others experienced this problem? Any ideas? I have sent two emails to syncyourmail.com support, but haven't heard anything yet.

Thanks,

Tarheel

Yes, I also got the notification but hesitated before signing up. The site syncyourmail.com site was not very responsive and there was no SLA information (how they intend on supporting you) there. And since I still have issues with deleting and moving messages I hesitate to pay for half a solution.

In the background i'm looking for a way to get VPN/IMAP access directly to my company's exchange server by some indirect methods...

I used syncyourmail on a trial basis for several weeks and then signed up for a one year license. It's managed by a small Danish company that is a sub of a larger Danish company Milcom. I have found the customer support very responsive. Unfortunately, the reliability of the service is not 100% as the access is down today and the main support person is out of the office until Friday. I am not ready to give up quite yet but this service may not be ready for prime time particularly if there is no oversight of the server function and no backup support for customer issues.

I'd be interested to hear if anyone gets the message deletes or moves working with the new service from syncyourmail.

I signed up for syncyourmail.com, but have been very disappointed with the service. As Domac said, it has been down all day today, and it has been down it seems like 25% of the time so far this year.

If you depend on email for your business, this is not the solution.

Anyone know if the syncyourmail.com service has improved sync launch. Thinking of signing up but want to make sure they have addressed performance issues?
